It is with great sadness that Bruyère Continuing Care learned of the passing of Dr. Campbell T. Lamont on Wednesday, July 29, 2009.
In 2000, thanks to a generous donation from Dr. Campbell T. Lamont, The C.T. Lamont Primary Health Care Research Centre was established. The C.T. Lamont Primary Health Care Research Centre is a Centre within the Élisabeth Bruyère Research Institute (ÉBRI) and is the research arm of the Department of Family Medicine of the University of Ottawa. Respected for its rigorous research, integrity and methods, the Centre is now a major primary health care research centre in Canada.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Dr. Lamont's family.
