| EVENT- FUNCTIONAL FITNESS |

Where: 12 High Street, Lower Level Wellness Center
Description: Take a break and strengthen you body! Teaches ways to increase core and upper body strength, as well as improve the stability of abdominal and low back muscles! Helps to prevent injury due to improper body mechanics and repetitive motions. Designed to fit into your work schedule!
Cost: Free to Employees or Aerobic Punch Card

** SECOND EVENT - HAPPY HEARTS **
Description: A class designed for those people with a cardiac event history that have completed a rehab program and are looking for a "maintenance" program. Specifically for those people who have had angioplasty, stents, MI, cardiac arrest, valve surgery, coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), stable angina, and transplants.
The class includes general supervision and individual, independent cardiovascular and strength training. Also incorporates group weights and self safety skills!
Cost: $35/ month

** THIRD EVENT - STEP AEROBICS **
When: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (except in the summer) 3:45-4:45pm As of Friday June 2, there will only be classes on Mon and Wed
Where: 12 High Street, Lower Level Wellness Center
Description: A workout that will get your heart pumping and those muscles moving and grooving. Alternates step with muscle work using weights, tubing, etc... Get an awesome cardio workout and strengthen the entire body, head-to-toe!
Cost: Aerobic Punch Card $30 for 10 visits

FOURTH EVENT - BALLROOM DANCING
When: Fridays 6:30-7:30pm Classes start September 12th
Where: 12 High Street- Lower Level Wellness Center
Description: Foxtrot, waltz, swing (Level 2)- A good review of the steps learned in the beginner classes. New steps will be added to all 3 dances. A basic knowledge of these three dances is required for the class. Come with a partner for a fun night out!~
Payment for class required IN FULL prior to reserving placement in class. Payment by cash/check must be received IN PERSON in the Wellness Center. Due to high volume of participants and limited class placement, WE DO NOT TAKE PAYMENT BY MAIL. Payment by credit card is also available.
All transactions are FINAL!
