Location: Third Floor Classroom of the Wright Medical Building, 215 E. Mansion Street, Marshall
Cost: $40 per couple
This four-week class will be held on Tuesdays, March 3rd, 10th, 17th and 24th. Attendance in all four sessions is recommended. Topics covered include breathing and relaxation techniques, managing the discomforts of pregnancy, options in pain relief and coaching techniques. Tours of the Birth Center also are offered.
