Colorado Plains Medical Center grew from tireless efforts of one small but mighty community putting its heart and soul into ensuring the future of excellent healthcare for Fort Morgan and the surrounding areas. With the help of several devoted supporters including the Fort Morgan Community Hospital Association and Foundation, CPMC recently expanded its scope of services and added several improvements to the hospital via the successful Building a Rainbow campaign. The two hospital boards are working closely with LifePoint Hospitals, Inc. in the development of master facility renovations to upgrade the facility that was built in 1952. Their vision has lead to the development of a new, state-of-the-art plan for renovation of the existing emergency room and relocation of the MRI into a core area of the hospital.
We continue to thrive and grow while developing new opportunities for an expanded network of medical excellence that allows our residents the opportunity to stay close to home for their medical services. Colorado Plains Medical Center enjoys a growing medical staff of both specialists and generalists.
Our view of the future focuses on our committment to continually evaluate ourselves and the service we provide. We will continue to hold service to its highest standard, using the nationally known Data Management Resources survey tool to allow our patients to provide us with the feedback we need to be the very best we can. As a national Solucient Top 100 Hospital for Performance Improvement award winner, we place great emphasis on quality of care and quality of service.
