St Helier Hospital is a large general teaching hospital in south-west London which offers the full range of acute services for adults and children. Queen Mary's Hospital for Children shares the St Helier site.
St Helier Hospital has a 24-hour Accident and Emergency Department, a comprehensive range of diagnostic facilities within pathology and radiology (including MRI and CT scanning, ultrasound and vascular diagnostic services) and a range of outpatient facilities. It also undertakes all the emergency surgery in the Trust. The renal unit provides acute renal care and dialysis and is integrated with the St George's Hospital transplantation programme.
