NHS Bath and North East Somerset is the name of Bath and North East Somerset Primary Care Trust
As an organisation we are working together with Bath and North East Somerset Council through the Health and Wellbeing Partnership. This joins up Health, Social Care and Housing into a single body. Working together helps us to achieve:
