Royal Victoria Hospital, Folkestone, provides a range of outpatient services.
It is also home to the Folkestone Walk-In Centre, which treats minor injuries and illnesses.
The hospital is set to benefit from a major refurbishment, bringing its facilities up-to-date. The old Victorian building that forms part of the hospital will be sold. This is because the building has not been used for inpatient wards for over a year and is costing the Trust £1.2 million a year to own, maintain, clean and heat; money that could be better spent on patient care.
All services currently provided at the hospital will remain.
