MATC falls under the jurisdiction of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority and is governed by a Board of Directors appointed by the Minister of Health.

Who do we serve?
MATC provides mental health services to children and youth with psychiatric and/or emotional disorders. A full continuum of programs and services, both community and hospital based, are available to residents of Manitoba, Nunavut.
What services do we provide?
Services range from brief interventions to intensive long term treatment.
Treatment is provided from a variety of perspectives and is delivered in partnership with parents and collateral agencies.
Follow-up, monitoring and transfer to other services are essential components of service provision. Depending upon the level of treatment required by the client/family, services may be accessed through different programs.
Services in other languages may be available based on availability through various interpretive services.
